Order confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This means your order has been registered in our system and we have started processing it.
Order tracking
You will receive your tracking code by email within 24 hours after your package leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times
Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:
If the order is placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+01:00), Central European Time (Berlin), it will be processed the same day:

Shipping costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered free to your home. There is no minimum order amount.
Delayed orders
If the maximum processing and delivery times have passed and your order has still not arrived, don’t worry. Please wait an additional two days and check your tracking number. If your package still hasn’t been delivered, contact us with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Have you received your package but it is damaged or the items are incorrect (wrong size, wrong color, etc.)? No problem! Take photos of the issue, briefly explain the situation, and contact us specifying your order number.
